Purpose of the enquiry

Information submitted is used to assess your event requirements, respond to the enquiry and discuss any proposed quotation or arrangements.

Website and form platform

This website and its enquiry form use Wix. Information submitted through the form is processed through the Wix platform. You can read Wix’s privacy policy for information about its platform practices.

Event Planning Assistant

When you send a message to the planning assistant, Wix’s AI services process the message to help organise your event details. Review and correct the extracted information before requesting an estimate. Contact details and event information are used to discuss your enquiry.

If you choose to continue by WhatsApp or email, the website prepares a message for you to review and send. WhatsApp or your email provider then processes that message through its own service. Preparing a brief or estimate does not confirm a booking.

Do not submit patient information

Do not send patient records, identity documents, individual medical histories or sensitive health information through this general enquiry form. It is for planned event enquiries and is not an emergency assistance channel.
